Data protection in accordance with German Telemedia Act (TMG)

In general, the following applies:

1. Protecting your data is our concern

We are glad you are interested in our company and our products or services. We would also like you to feel secure about the protection of your personal data when you visit our web pages. because we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Compliance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act is extremely important for us.
We would like you to know when we collect data, what data we collect and how we use it. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations regarding data protection are adhered to both by us and by our external service providers.

2. Personal data

Personal data is information concerning your identity. This includes such details as your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will disclose your personal data to third parties only if there is a governmental or judicial order, if this is required in order to perform the contract or for credit protection or if your express consent has been given.
Our employees and the service companies we appoint are bound by us to maintain confidentiality and to adhere to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. As a matter of principle, your data will not be used for advertising or market research by third parties unless your express consent has been given.

4. Safety

We have taken technical and organizational safety measures in order to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All our employees and third parties involved in data processing are required to comply with the Federal Data Protection Act and to treat personal data confidentially.
In the event of personal data being collected and processed, the information will be transferred in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our safety measures are revised continuously in accordance with technological developments.

5. General note concerning external links

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. Google Analytics uses "cookies" which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyze how you use the site. The information generated by the cookie concerning your use of this website will normally be passed on to a Google server in the USA and saved there. In the case of activation of the IP anonymization on this website, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member countries of the European Union or in other contracting member states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google Server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of this website’s operator in order to evaluate your usage of the website, to create reports about website activity and to provide the website operator with further services related to the website usage and Internet usage. The IP address transferred from your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. You can prevent the saving of cookies by a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that you will not be able to use all of the website’s functions to their full extent in this case. We reserve the right to change our safety and data protection provisions if this is required due to technical developments.
